We personally haven made our money in Australia by buying properties with problems and fixing them  – this is a perfect example of how this will work for you and be of benefit to you as the buyer.There is some work to be done on the property which will finish the property correctly and solve the previous plumbing issues detailed as follows:The back deck was not correctly flashed which encourage water to seep into the lower basement.  We will correct this to stop the water flowing to the underneath garage area and attached the deck to the property structure. The previous damage will be corrected by replacing all rotten timber, retiling and repainting the basement area.All water leaks that have appeared upstairs in the kitchen and upper bathroom will also be repaired so that it doesn’t reoccur. The we will repair the gyprock within the living areas.The property will be repainted as the there are multiple colours and the previous job was done quite poorly.The remainder is simply cosmetic and you  would now know our standard if you have seen our previous renovation videos.
